About Me

Hello, I am Cassidy Gallimore. I am the owner of Wildflower Wellness Counseling, LLC and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. I have a Masters of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and have been licensed and practicing since 2017. I have experience in community behavioral health, corrections, and private practice. I have a passion to serve those who serve our communities and our country. I focus my population on adult individuals (18+) who are emergancy and first responders, Veterans, medical professionals, and family of those listed. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) and a Certified Military Clinical Counselor (CMCC). Coming from a family of first responders and veterans, I hope to provide the support and understanding to these populations that others may not. I am EMDR Certified and prefer to use this modality to treat my clients that struggle with symptoms of PTSD/C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, addictive disorders, dissociative disorders, and more. Counseling is not one-size fits all. Each clients treatment is individualized to fit their needs and concerns.

Behind the name

Wildflower Wellness Counseling:
I created the name Wildflower Wellness Counseling after Nikita Gills "Hearts Like Wildflowers.”

"I hope you are blessed with a heart like a wildflower. Strong enough to rise again after being trampled upon, tough enough to weather the worst of the summer storms, and able to grow and flourish even in the most broken places.”

These words bring a sense of strength to me in knowing that we can do or go through hard things and recover. It takes a lot of work to heal from trauma and other symptoms that effect many, but as long as you are willing to do the work and want to heal, it is possible to rise again. L
ets find the growth in your storm.
