She believes counseling is not a one-size-fits-all process and approaches each client with an individualized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs, goals, and experiences.

About Rachel
Rachel Bilski is a Licensed Associate Counselor at Wildflower Wellness Counseling, practicing under the supervision of Cassidy Gallimore, LPC-S. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Capella University and her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University, with a specialization in Trauma, Abuse, and Deprivation. Rachel is EMDR trained and utilizes an attachment-oriented, eclectic approach to support the unique needs of each client.
Rachel works with adults (18+) who are navigating trauma, life transitions, and personal challenges, helping them move toward greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. After spending more than 20 years as a stay-at-home mother, she felt called to begin a new chapter in counseling. This personal and professional journey deepened her understanding of identity shifts, major life transitions, and the challenges that can come with starting over.
As an Arizona native, wife, and mother of four, Rachel brings warmth, authenticity, and empathy into the therapeutic process. She values the therapeutic relationship as a space where clients can feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
